Description

ACCOUNTABILITY: Broad position responsibilities will be to provide outstanding customer service for parts and/or replacement units for Natpro's represented manufacturers’ equipment.

 

CORE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Aftermarket Administration: Enter sales orders, draft purchase orders etc. using the Natpro ERP System; monitor records and reports – including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment – to ensure customer satisfaction; Submit Return Material Authorization (RMA) to Customer

  • Coordinate Training Program Process: Participate in training given or perform training to Team Members as required by the Corporate Training Program (CTP)

  • Customer Service Process: Deploy customer handling procedures and drive individual accountability for members of the Customer Service Team through leading by example; customer satisfaction by agreed deadlines and schedules, communication to the external and internal Customer; Deal with internal or external customers in a professional and appropriate manner, in accordance with Natpro's Mission Statement, Promise of  Performance, and Company Policy; Customer satisfaction by agreed deadlines/schedules; communication to the external and internal Customer

  • Endeavor: Achieve the highest level of success through being accountable to business concepts such as team work, Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Systems, Continuous Improvement Projects, etc.

  • Inventory Count - Participate: Support execution of the annual inventory count / audit

  • Knowledge and Skill: Achieve success through self-actualization

  • Occupational Health and Safety Process: Follow developed Occupational Health and Safety plans and purpose to make Natpro a healthy and safe place to work

  • Parts Process: Ensure compliance to Parts Procedures

  • Service: Ensure that work orders are completed in a timely fashion

  • Warranty Process: Ensure that all warranty repairs are completed expeditiously or report upwards on any outstanding issues that are blocking progress of the warranty resolution; initiate all warranty claims to the factory for issues with represented manufacturers warranty; finalize all warranty claims with our represented manufacturers; Liaise with the VSM's on commercial issues

 
Position Requirements

ACCREDITATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION: Please note: Individuals in this role who do not meet these requirements should have equivalent work experience or be prepared to undertake training and education as required.

 

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Superior wirtten and verbal communication skills in both English and French

  • Previous experience working with industrial process equipment

  • Above average computer skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Certificate or diploma in Office Administration program would be an asset

  • Superior organizational skills - a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a busy team

  • Technically inclined
