SUMMARY
Responsible for providing food and beverage service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner while displaying a high standard of customer service. In order to ensure satisfactory service for all patrons, a F&B CSR performs many different task such as food preparation, cleaning duties, act as a cashier/hostess and take food and beverage orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Provide constant, attentive and exceptional service to casino guests while serving beverages.
- Complete a minimum of three rounds per hour in specified beverage zone when serving.
- Preparing and cooking food using basic culinary skills, standard recipes, and simple instructions.
- Complete all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to insure a clean, neat work area that is adequately stocked at all times.
- Assist all guests as needed.
- Stays informed and up-to-date with daily changes in menus, pricing, special events, and promotions.
- Comply with all Oklahoma State liquor laws and Muscogee Creek Nation Community Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance.
- React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
- Additional duties as assigned.
