Position Customer Service Representative  

Dassault Falcon Jet one of the most sought after brands in business aviation, has an exciting career opportunity for a Contact Center Representative at our headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity to work under the direction of the Supervisor of Customer Service Representative. In this role, the Contact Center Representative is responsible for responding to customers’ inquiries as they relate to placing orders for spare parts, pending orders, and directing customer inquiries to proper personnel.

There are positions available for the following shifts:

  • Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm weekend coverage is needed periodically
  • Part Time M, T, Thursday & Friday 12pm - 4pm. Saturday 10am - 6pm

    (This person will also have the opportunity for more hours to fill in for vacation and when others on the team of sick.)


  • Provide a pleasant and friendly atmosphere for our customers to conduct business
  • Effectively answer customer administrative questions or forward to proper DFJ personnel in a manner that satisfies the customer request and minimizes abandoned phone calls
  • Answer all incoming calls in an expeditious manner
  • Coordinate interdepartmental correspondence relating to the timely delivery of Spares
  • Record customer requests for quotes and convert to sales order when required
  • Research IPC to problem solve in AOG (aircraft-on-ground) situations
  • Responsible for follow-up to customers on shipping information
  • Manage client database and update customer transactions/issues in Siebel
  • Assist customers in obtaining information on services from other DFJ departments and/or DFJ vendors
  • Perform off-hour telephone coverage as needed
  • Administrative work as assigned by management team, as required
  • Other duties may be assigned by management in order to meet business objectives on an as-needed basis

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, College degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Automated Order Entry Systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
  • Excellent listening skills and telephone manner
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a part of a team
  • Aviation industry experience strongly preferred
