About the Organization National Process Equipment Inc. Founded in 1998, NatPro is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta and operates out of eight locations across Eastern and Western Canada. NatPro is focused on serving customers in the oil & gas, municipal, fire, mining and general industrial markets.

Description
  • Northwest Region Responsibility for Fort Saskatchewan, Whitecourt, Fort St. John, Grande Prairie and High Level

  • Monitor regional operations and ensure that station equipment and staffing numbers are appropriate for each station’s business levels and that asset and staff utilization levels are appropriate

  • Develop regional business plans that identify key challenges and solutions in current operations and seek growth opportunities where possible

  • Develop an annual budget by reviewing performance against monthly budget and execute any required corrective actions

  • Identify key sales initiatives and ensure that Station Managers, Field and Corporate Sales have the necessary information and resources to implement initiatives

  • Complete understanding of the regional customer base and their needs

 
Position Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years in a management role - experience in the Industrial and O&G sectors is a must

  • Ability to lead diverse teams

  • Proven time management skills, attention to detail with the ability to manage and coordinate teams and projects in a fast paced professional environment

  • Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; ability to convey complex information, business strategies and actionable analysis to senior management and stakeholders in a concise, understandable manner

  • Preference will be given to candidates with business-related post-secondary education

  • Exceptional computer and technical writing skills, including proficiency with MS Office programs

  • Must be willing to travel

  • Valid safety tickets and class 5 driver’s license
