Description

The Ascentis Integration Services Analyst creates and maintains high quality data integrations from Ascentis HR to insurance carriers and other enterprise systems.  You work with clients to launch their connections, gathering key information in a timely manner.  You synthesize client information, and commission the development of a data feed to an insurance carrier (or other third party).  You closely coordinate with clients to resolve any and all issues found in the testing process, and close out client projects.  At the conclusion of each product, clients have an automated data feed to their insurance carriers, removing paper and streamlining formerly cumbersome processes.  

  • Complete 4+ projects per month, for a quarterly average of 12+ completed new Carrier Connections.
  • Average client survey scores of “8” out of 10 (10 is high) across each of the surveyed metrics.
  • Flawless communication with clients about their projects.
  • All client requests (i.e., new issues, follow ups, questions, etc.) should be responded to within 8 business hours.
  • All projects require a status update to be sent to the client at a minimum frequency of weekly, regardless of project status or activity.
  • We should hit or exceed all known client deadlines.  If a deadline will be missed for any reason clients should be notified as early as possible prior to the deadline including an explanation for the delay, the new target completion timeframe, and the steps we are taking to meet that goal.
  • Communications with clients should be written in the client’s voice (i.e., from the client’s perspective with regards to knowledge of our technology and processes).

Thorough documentation and tracking of project work in Ascentis’ client management software.
Evaluation of our current technology and craft recommendations – in partnership with colleagues at Ascentis – for upgrading our technological tools, with a focus on increasing throughput and connection stability.

 
Position Requirements
  • Experience managing client projects independently
  • Able to handle many clients and projects simultaneously
  • Conversance with HRIS technology ideal
  • Highest attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Background in EDI or Benefits helpful
  • Ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in business or IS
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience
  • Smart, fast learner, independent worker
