Positively and professionally responds to sales opportunities from our clients’ customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Representatives will also handle customer service related issues.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for handling inbound sales calls including order process and up-selling to meet or exceed client’s needs and expectations.
  2. Responsible for maintaining services that customers are attempting to cancel through product knowledge and negotiation techniques.
  3. Handle customer service related issues to meet the needs of the clients and their customers.
  4. Provide accurate data entry of customer’s information for processing of orders and literature requests.
  5. Maintain performance in accordance with department guidelines to ensure the highest level of quality to our clients and their customers.
  6. Responsible for meeting individual sales goals.
  7. Perform assigned clerical duties to enhance departmental operations.

Minimum Job Requirements: (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working in sales environment
  • Previous PC experience and an ability to navigate through multiple systems and platforms.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Must demonstrate assertiveness, energizing, goal setting, commitment to task, persuasiveness, decision making & problem solving.
  • Positive work history
  • Data entry skills
