Job Title: Credit Administration Manager

Department: Senior Management

Reports To: Director of Credit Administration

FLSA Status: Exempt

 

SUMMARY

Senior Manager in charge of credit risk management for all Commercial and Mortgage banking activities by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Implements and manages loan risk rating system.

Evaluates adequacy of the loan loss reserve.

Oversees all charge-off and recovery activity.

Monitors portfolio delinquency performance.

Maintains current loan policy and procedure manuals.

Coordinates activities with the director of Internal Audit.

Maintains current working knowledge of bank regulatory, underwriting, capital, liquidity, interest sensitivity, and other guidelines and requirements.

Prepares an annual Commercial and Residential Portfolio Stress Test

Reviews all commercial real estate appraisals

Monitors all activities associated with Credit Administration

Chairs the Charge-off Committee Meeting

Chairs the Loan Administration Meeting

Attends the Board of Directors Meeting

Special projects as deemed appropriate.

Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the Credit Analysts (2 to 5)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and four years related experience and/or credit training program; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
