D3 has contingency openings for the Mission Planning Cell at Creech AFB, NV. The Mission Planning Cell creates detailed mission products with a variety of operational and intelligence information for aircrews flying combat missions in Creech AFB operational squadrons. Members of the Intelligence Assessment and Support Cell should be prepared to provide shift work in a 24x7 environment. The Contractor shall process taskings at classification levels up to Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) from the 432d Wing Operations Center, Combined Operations Center, and higher headquarters. The Contractor shall conduct initial mission planning upon notice of tasking from higher headquarters and prepare/coordinate mission-related documents for classified MQ-1 Predator and/or MQ-9 Reaper combat missions. The Contractor shall convert taskings into mission briefings and paperwork packages IAW local instructions. The Contractor shall prepare/coordinate mission-related documents, briefings, and other related products based on taskings for classified MQ-1 Predator and/or MQ-9 Reaper combat missions from various intelligence sources at the secret and Top Secret level, such as Intelink and DGCS databases. These products will be prepared both in advance of and real-time during the sortie. The Contractor shall interface with aircrew and mission intelligence coordinators (MICs), Ground Liaison Officers (GLOs) and supported units to provide real-time informational support to ongoing combat missions (missions that the Intelligence Assessment and Support Cell briefed/planned) as required. The Contractor shall liaise with the unit’s customers to provide aircrew real-time updates on the supported unit’s composition, location, objectives, and anything else to bridge the gap between home station and the AOR. The Contractor shall collect pertinent information during and after mission execution for tracking and trend analysis purposes, and provides recommendations to squadron/group leadership. The Contractor shall follow-up on the collection of data when inaccurate or incomplete. Be able to e-mail, call or track down aircrew when required to accomplish this goal. The Contractor shall maintain the (ATLAS) unit database to track individual, crew, flight and squadron mission results. (20 RS) The Contractor shall investigate enemy and blue force intelligence Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and brief crews in order to increase their situational awareness during combat operations. The Contractor shall interface with unit schedulers and operations supervisors to resolve crew and system shortages/conflicts when required. The Contractor shall possess a high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and a basic understanding of Microsoft Access as it applies to each squadron. The Contractor shall experience with Mardham-Bay Internet Relay Chat (mIRC) and ability to use mIRC to facilitate communications and operations. The Contractor shall experience searching classified networks to provide in-depth research and analysis of relevant information. The Contractor shall prepare briefing slides for the Commander and Director of Operations or their designated representative for a daily WAR briefing. The Contractor shall update Commander and Director of Operations on daily mission accomplishments via hardcopy binder. This update may include a statistical update of the squadron’s mission achievements (i.e. hours flown, weapons employed, etc.). |
