JOB SUMMARY
The On-Call Staffing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the Client and Caregiver relationship and ultimately helps provide a “best in homecare” experience for Clients and employees. This position plays an integral role in interfacing with Caregiver staff in ensuring the proper Caregiver and Client match. Also, performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate Caregivers to Clients, timecard processing, where necessary, and monitoring of timekeeping and other payroll responsibilities as needed and other office coordination duties. The On-Call Staffing Coordinator will also assist in the selection, screening and ongoing performance management of Caregivers. The On-Call Staffing Coordinator maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedules and coordinates day-to-day activities of Caregivers.
Manages On Call Personnel, Vendors, & Functions under the direction of the Director of Case Management.
Oversees after hour Manager on Duty to assist with any major issues and trains others on Manager on Duty responsibilities.
Acts as the primary Manager on Duty and on-call coordinator during business hours over the weekends.
Answers telephone, takes inquiries or messages in an upbeat, professional manner.
Communicates continually with Caregivers and Clients to evaluate service.
Receives referrals and inquiries on the programs offered by Right at Home.
Performs payroll duties including verifying time sheets, updating telephony records, and computer input for payroll processing.
Maintains documentation of Caregiver work record in ClearCare and ensures current and complete personnel records for all Caregivers.
Responsible to work a flexible 40 hour work week that includes Saturday and Sunday.
