What We Are Looking For

NCU is currently seeking a dynamic individual to become part of our Marketing team as Marketing Coordinator.

This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day program activities and providing administrative support for NCU’s Strategic Marketing, Marketing Communications and Channel Marketing teams.  This includes supporting NCU’s brand and marketing communication strategy including online and offline campaigns, research projects, presentations, print and premium item production, social media activities and coordination of marketing meetings and events. 

 
Position Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support marketing day-to-day operations including media campaigns, promotions and projects.
  • Assist in creating materials used for proposals, correspondence and presentation materials and reports.
  • Arrange and coordinate special events, projects and mailings.
  • Assists with NCU social media program and reports.
  • Provides hands-on involvement in a selecting and ordering marketing collateral coordination and premium ordering.
  • Maintains inventory of NCU collateral and promotional items.
  • Maintains master NCU marketing events schedule.
  • Serves as a liaison for internal clients and third-party vendors.
  • Responsible for tracking all invoices and payments using ReqLogic.
  • Provides regular budget status report to Sr. Director of Marketing.
  • Generates reports on ad-hoc basis.
  • Assists teams in conducting marketing research.
  • Update Marketing Team – FRANK Intranet site content as needed.
  • Ensures timely third party payments.
  • Triage and route incoming general marketing telephone calls/emails.
  • Additional duties as directed by Director of Marketing.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook, SharePoint and Pardot is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media.
  • Skill in verbal and written communication.
  • Skill in operating equipment, such as personal computer, fax, copier, phone system.
  • Ability to conduct Internet research.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and outside vendors.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree required with two years’experience working in a marketing environment.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Must be familiar and actively involved in social media, i.e., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,YouTube.
  • All skills, abilities and education will be considered for minimum qualifications.

  • Sit, stand, kneel, walk and reach.

  • Write, type and use phone system.
