HSE Integrated has more than 700 employees, comprising one of the largest teams of industrial safety experts and inventories of rental equipment in North America.   Category Industrial Services   Location Saint John   Open Date 6/26/2015   Req Number IND-15-00075   Description Provide OHS orientations to employees and contractors Reviewing and advising on OHS forms (hazard assessments, incident investigations) Assist in incident investigations Providing summary reports for clients as needed for specific projects Following up on and tracking corrective actions stemming from incident investigations, audits, inspections and hazard reports. Advising and communication changes in client requirements Providing advice relating to compliance with Provincial/Federal OHS legislations Acting as a resources by providing guidance and mentoring employees and contractors Compile statistical data and reports as required by the Health and Safety Manager. Coordinate and participate in safety meetings. Perform field inspections Audit worksites for non compliance issues and recommend corrective actions. Conduct onsite hazard assessments to identify and evaluate various health and safety concerns on the worksite. Stay up to date on current client and OH&S regulations   Position Requirements There are currently no nationally standardized educational or training requirements for Safety Advisors or NCSOs. However, to ensure reliable safety services, HSE will give preference to candidates with valid certifications and a minimum of two years of related industry experience.
