The position requires a strong ability to bring people together from across the company to accomplish a wide range of strategic and operational programs. He/she must be able to balance strategic thinking, detailed planning, balance execution of many programs at one time, and maintain a consistent metrics cadence. The candidate must be a strong communicator, manager and cross-functional leader.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Implementation of our sales business strategies and goals within North American Market Provide analytical market reports and sales direction in collaboration with Sales Department. Sales objectives, forecast and quarterly sales results Understand and implement the latest technologies and industry trends Sourcing new product vendors and contract management Develop relationships with new suppliers       Position Requirements Effective leadership and sales skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high level of business acumen Demonstrates effective negotiation and presentation skills   Strong analysis and reporting skills Works well individually, in a team environment, and assume a leadership role Knowledge of Service Provider Marketplace Minimum 4-6 years experience in industrial equipment industry and at least 2-4 years in business development or product management. Knowledge and experience with the following computer applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.  Solomon, CRM and other applications are plus.
