Share Email Opening Title Conversion Control Reporting Lead  Description CCR Lead – Conversion Control Reporting” Leads RPG development team for the developing, monitoring and producing of the Conversion Control Reports. This reporting is critical to ensuring the loading of converted data is accounted for. The lead position will work closely with Data Landing and LH (Left-hand side) development teams along with management for tracking. This leader should have reporting experience and experience in telecom conversions preferred. Strong interpersonal skills including team building, coaching and mentoring This contractor role is responsible to plan, direct, or coordinate activities of business analysts and development teams for software development and data conversion activities. Responsible for leading a development team to provide system enhancements to close out functionality gaps  This is a one year duration engagement with anticipated start date of March 23, 2015 and running through March 31, 2016   Position Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 10+ years of experience in leading development teams and technical personnel, working with business partners, and SDLC end-to-end experience. Previous consulting experience preferred. 5+ years expertise in PL/SQL queries/programming and Oracle/DB2 database. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast pace environment. Strong interpersonal skills including team building, coaching and mentoring Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and software development methods. Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity. Ability to effectively consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess needs and system requirements. Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. Knowledge of MS\Office, including proficiency in MS\Excel macros. Previous experience using DPI, Informatica, and RPG/AS400 is preferred.
