Description
  • Respond to emails, attend weekly meetings and answer overflow phone calls

  • Forward ALL service requests to National Accounts Center Customer Care Coordinators and not handle them yourself

  • Maintain CSS records, Divisional Information, SalesForce and National Accounts files with accurate and timely information for accounts

  • Submit any information that needs follow-up to National Accounts Center Manager, Supervisor and/or AVP of the National Accounts Center for review and response

  • Address any escalated service-related issues and submit to Assistant Vice President of the National Accounts Center or forward to National Accounts Customer Care

  • Create reports on: daily tasks to improve the position, weekly/monthly updates on issues and progress of the Center

  • Perform other tasks and assist other departments as assigned

  • Develop a schedule for the next month on customer contracts expiring or opening for bid/RFP and Submit/Compile/Propose Bids on National Accounts

  • Assist in growth regarding new customers and multi-area Franchises and maintain relationships with current customers

  • Verify service satisfaction and obtain feedback regarding any issues for all National Accounts

  • As determined by the NAC Manager, generate, analyze and review with the team each accounts History Transaction Report for the prior period (usually 45-180 days) and verify each service is on frequency, all accounts are being serviced, and there are no savings opportunities for the customers

  • Attend Trade shows, customer events, etc to maintain relationships

  • Develop new leads, follow up on current leads timely, and maintain current contracts and renewals

  • Keep SalesForce updated 100% for all leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities (bids), and activities.

 
Position Requirements
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in Sales Position

  • Ability to follow and give oral and written directions to complete assigned tasks

  • Must have good phone/communication skills

  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks and work well with others

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook (or similar e-mail software application)

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds

  • Must be able to travel
