HSE Integrated has more than 700 employees, comprising one of the largest teams of industrial safety experts and inventories of rental equipment in North America.   Category Sales and Marketing   Location Montreal   Open Date 4/27/2015   Req Number SAL-15-00035   Description The Application Specialist - Inside Sales, reporting to the Sales Manager - East Region, will provide pump application and quotation support for our company’s level of process pumps and compressors to our customers mainly for the Industrial market.   Job Description:   Work with the Sales Manager East Region and the Technical Services Group in reviewing applicable RFQ’s, applying related products and preparing detailed quotations for standard units and packaged systems. Provide direct day-to-day communication with both of the above types of customers. Work directly with represented manufacturers to obtain technical information, project pricing and special requirements. Assist in preparing proper post-order receipt internal communication including sales order work sheets, draft purchase orders, technical submittal packages and manuals. Follow company procedures as it relates to triage, strategy. Following demonstrated process steps, including but not limited to P21, quote preparation and submittals, clarifications and technical and commercial clarifications. Assist in the preparation of various market and quotation activity reports, and sales forecasts to the Company and Represented Manufacturers.     Position Requirements Absolutely Must Have:   Demonstrated Customer Service experience and skills (5 or more year’s experience). Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Demonstrated analytical skills required for technical documents review and comment. Better than average computer skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. Superior organizational skills - a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a busy team. Demonstrated application and technical knowledge with a wide range of industrial pumping equipment (5 or more year’s experience). Post-secondary technical education, CET or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred. Fluently bilingual in both English and French is required. Ability to work within a demanding schedule with short deadlines and produce accurate results.   Personal Traits:   Attention to detail balanced by a practical and realistic approach. Enjoys working with a wide variety of people both internally and externally.
