This position will be expected to develop and implement strategic marketing plan for the organization; research and develop pricing policies and recommend appropriate sales channels. Evaluate the needs of company projects and coordinate resources in order to deliver high quality results. Key Responsibilities include: Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader. Sales and Marketing trend analysis; market data analysis. Set and maintain marketing department budget. PTO management, performance evaluation and review of marketing staff. Develop a marketing program that focuses efforts on retail sales at the dealer level Work with other members of the management team to assure that the consensus of company management carries through all market programs. Willing to travel up to 25% for Ag Trade Shows. Educational and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree or greater in Marketing and 3-5 years minimum experience in sales/marketing. with supervisory responsibilities Strong analytical skills Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
