Ability to cross train or work on various stations at any given moment. Ability to complete tickets in a timely manner. Follows set recipes and adheres to current Ms dept of health codes. Assists in banquet production when necessary.   Position Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Three to five years of previous experience as  an ala carte hot line cook required. Ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task under extreme pressure.
