Job Summary

Coordination of partner accounts, including independent functions consisting of research, development and presentation to partner clients of sophisticated promotional programs designed to achieve desired partner marketing goals. Also responsible for assisting in management of partner accounts’ renewal process, including the development and presentation of materials needed to renew accounts. Development and execution of in-stadium promotions, client entertainment events and sales and renewal reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of partner accounts as assigned by the Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships.
  • Provide customer service for sponsors, including: ticket requests, inquiries and concerns, radio trafficking, entertainment events.
  • Assist in development and execution of partner promotions both at retail and the ballpark.
  • Development of recap presentation materials for all partners each season.
  • Present renewal season-in-review books to assigned partner accounts.
  • Help coordinate all sponsored game-day promotions, such as: Kids Take the Field.
  • Oversee and maintain sponsor sales and renewal inventory process reporting systems.
  • Oversee partner integration in all promotional dates and special events.
  • All other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Corporate Sales.
  • Coordinate all on-field and ballpark partner programs and events, including tickets, credentials, etc.
  • Attend sales meetings and new business sales calls with sales representatives.
  • Copy and distribute all of the contracts for radio, promotions and publications.
  • Maintain consistent networking strategies through participation in various marketing and advertising organizations.
 
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Sales or equivalent. 
  • Minimum of one year servicing corporate partner accounts.
  • Knowledge of Scarborough and Repucom software.
  • Experience in client entertainment and event planning. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
