The Program Manager shall participate in strategic reviews, planning sessions and business development sessions. The Program Manager shall provide research and strategy assistance in support of formulating business development strategy for implementation of initiatives as well as performing strategic analysis. There will be a focus in the areas of supporting the Division to identify and provide guidance on the promotion of opportunities to proactively implement its mission through facilities, programs and personnel capabilities with stakeholders, potential new and expanded current customers and partnering entities.
The Program Managershall assist in preparing and organizing business cases, cost benefit analyzes and budget justification material, and shall coordinate efforts to participate in reviews and information queries during the business case and budget approval process.
The Program Managerwill be able to attend in-process reviews as well as support meetings of differing varieties via telephone conference, computer network or in-person.
The Program Manager shall support organizational development, performance improvement, strategic planning, risk assessment and management, and change management for NSWC IHEODTD and related organizations.
The Program Manager shall provide program management support services that may include the following:
Provide financial management support including analysis of program planning and other financial planning documentation with respect to budget submissions; spend plans, work plans, and obligation targets and thresholds.
Provide process mapping and business reengineering services.
Perform cost benefit analysis, risk assessments, market surveys, and budget requirements for ordnance
