Title: Communications Vendor – DIWAN Project

Employment Status: Contractor (1099)

The Arab American National Museum (AANM) seeks an experienced contract communications vendor to edit content and manage design and production of a mailer/on-site schedule piece and easel signage for DIWAN6: A Forum for the Arts, the Museum’s biennial national artist convening taking place May 7-9, 2015.

ACCESS is looking for an independent contractor to perform the following services:

  1. edit and proofread content gathered by AANM, including the conference schedule and presenter biographies, ensuring accuracy and style consistency, and deliver a Word version of the final content to both AANM (for web work done in house) and outside designer
  2. interface directly w/ designer throughout design and production process
  3. attain AANM approvals/sign off on all content and proofs; deliver .pdf version of final piece.
  4. ensure on-time deliveries of all collateral to mailhouse/AANM
