Our clients are real estate developers, property owners and investors as well as corporate occupiers and institutional investors. Our industry expertise incand corporate facilities management. Our consulting engagements improve client operations through process improvement, business strategy, systems integration, systems implementation and business plan acceleration. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for setting up, maintaining, troubleshooting, and overall supporting Cisco networks for a primarily Microsoft environment Troubleshooting and issue resolution Working with RF and client personnel (all levels up to C level) Cisco ASA, Cisco SMB Products Monitor networks to ensure security and availability Evaluate and modify system's performance Determine network and system requirements Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches   Juggling and prioritizing competing requests from RF and clients Willingness to do anything – maintain customer satisfaction Windows Server 2003 – 2012 including system administration – Remote resolution of hardware, software, virus, patch Preferred, not required Hosted Microsoft Exchange administration Kaseya or other remote desktop administration Experience with SharePoint is a plus including experience with ON-premise, Hybrid and in the cloud Experience with Solar Winds (or similar tool) for monitoring networks desired SharePoint 2013 Lync 2013 Active Directory, Domain and Group Policy management Office 365 SQL Mobile device management Work Hours: Some afterhours/weekend work may be required to complete assigned tasks. Education and/or Experience: Four year college degree is preferred with a BS in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred.
