Share Email Opening Title Integration Services Project Coordinator  EOE Statement Ascentis is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.   Description As a Integration Services Project Coordinator you lead project management efforts, working closely with our customers, to facilitate the creation and maintenance of high quality data integrations from Ascentis HR to insurance carriers and other enterprise systems.  You work with clients to launch their connections, gathering key information in a timely manner.  You synthesize client information, and commission the development of a data feed to an insurance carrier (or other third party).  You closely coordinate with clients to resolve any and all issues found in the testing process, and close out client projects.  At the conclusion of each product, clients have an automated data feed to their insurance carriers, removing paper and streamlining formerly cumbersome processes.    Position Requirements Experience managing client projects independently Able to handle many clients and projects simultaneously Conversance with HRIS technology ideal Highest attention to detail Highly organized Good written and verbal communication skills Background in: EDI or Benefits helpful Ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in business or IS Minimum 3 years of professional experience Smart, fast learner, independent worker   Location Bellevue   About the Organization The Ascentis mission is to create innovative products that are easy to use for the often under-served mid-market that cover the full Human Capital Management (HCM) suite.
