We also offer on-site services for high-end entertainment events and in-house audio visual to hotels, arenas and conference centers.   Open Date 9/26/2024   Position Accounts Payable Analyst   Category Accounting/Finance   Description Accounts Payable Analyst The AP Analyst reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and is primarily responsible for daily processing of accounts payable invoices. Pay Range: $55,000-$60,000 per year Responsibilities Review, assemble, and input, credit card statements, employee expenditure records and incoming invoices/bills for the required documentation before payment is made. Ensure proper expense coding for the general ledger expense accounts. Work together with Project Managers, Account Managers and heads of departments to obtain invoices and approvals on appropriate expenses. Work as a connection between branch and corporate accounts Guarantee all vendor accounts are handled precisely and ensure accurate and complete information. Obtain and validate invoices for suitable authorization and documentation approval. Establish fresh vendor profiles and supervise accounts to guarantee payments are updated timely. Ensure good working relationship with vendors and timely acknowledgement of their queries. Assist in opening and organizing mails, as well as handling and processing emails for the accounts payable function. Evaluate all invoices for suitable filing and consent before identifying inconsistencies and errors.   Qualifications The Accounts Payable Analyst will need to possess the following attributes: 1-3 years of working experience as an accounts payable analyst, and a degree in Finance or accounting related field. Deep knowledge of NetSuite ERP system, and proficient in utilizing Excel Must possess superior ability to accomplish diverse assignments, exhibit competency in time management and organization, with strong interpersonal relationship skills. Must exhibit interest in being a team player with other members of the Accounting Organization. Proficiency in utilizing MS Office, with adequate experience in processing Accounts Payable invoices. Detailed oriented, with the ability to follow through on tasks objectives to completion. Efficient and accurate data entry skills required. Ability to function appropriately in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both verbal and written communication, which ensures information is clearly passed to staff and management. Ability to function effectively in a multi-tasking environment.   Preferred 2-4 years of experience processing AP invoices Project Cost experience, would be a plus.
