Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business planning and decision-making. Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and ensure alignment with business objectives. Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts. Assist in developing and refining financial models for business cases and scenario planning. Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field Experience: 2+ years of related experience Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes: Self-motivated and goal oriented. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
