Sales Associate (Part-Time)

$13-$14/hour (based on experience)
Bethel Bakery, an iconic, family-owned and operated bakery since 1955, is looking for a friendly, dependable part-time Sales Associate to join our team. If you thrive in customer service and enjoy being part of a positive, supportive environment, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure the bakery display cases and shelves are well-stocked.
- Operate the POS system accurately for cash/credit transactions
- Keep the sales area clean and organized
- Perform opening/closing tasks like making coffee, tagging products, and securing the store
What We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior retail sales experience is helpful, but not required.
- Great communication, math, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lift trays of products weighing up to 30 pounds and squeeze pastry bags.
Schedule
- Part-time (20-29 hours/week); weekdays (Monday-Friday), including occasional Saturdays during the busy holiday seasons
- Shifts: 11 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
- Closed on Sundays and major holidays
- This is a year-round position that requires daylight availability, so no high school or seasonal workers, please!
