Our Software Product Specialist will be responsible for the vision and development of one of our Genius products within our Genius product suite. You’ll be taking requirements for quality control software, identifying opportunities for automation and enhancement, and collaborating with the operations, marketing and support teams.   Position Requirements Job Duties/Responsibilities: Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables via sprint planning. Represent and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders. Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities. Deliver and help develop the next version of the Genius product Own the development and delivery of the product roadmap and communicate with executive level staff and other stakeholders. Willingness to get “in the trenches” and “get your hands dirty,” as needed, to fully understand the process. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in software product in an agile environment Mortgage experience is required.
