Sight & Sound Systems, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide direct support to the Sales Manager while overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Sales Associates and Sales Engineer. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring tasks are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time — helping our team deliver exceptional service to our home technology customers.
This is an on-site position at our Sterling, VA office.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager in daily operations, acting as the central point of coordination for the sales team.
  • Oversee and track all incoming sales leads, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.
  • Coordinate schedules, verify sales meetings, and maintain accurate records of team activities.
  • Provide oversight to Sales Associates and Sales Engineer to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, proposals, and project documentation, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Compile and organize project-related materials, including layouts, visual aids, and portfolios.
  • Facilitate clear communication between sales team members and management, identifying any discrepancies or unmet needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
 

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or office management.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
 

Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience in sales team support
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or office management.

Compensation Rate $20-25 per hour, depending on experience.
