In this role, you’ll provide direct support to the Sales Manager while overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Sales Associates and Sales Engineer. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring tasks are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time — helping our team deliver exceptional service to our home technology customers. Oversee and track all incoming sales leads, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication. Coordinate schedules, verify sales meetings, and maintain accurate records of team activities. Provide oversight to Sales Associates and Sales Engineer to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables. Assist with customer inquiries, proposals, and project documentation, maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Compile and organize project-related materials, including layouts, visual aids, and portfolios. Facilitate clear communication between sales team members and management, identifying any discrepancies or unmet needs. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.   Minimum Requirements Qualifications High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Previous experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or office management. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
