This is an immediate opportunity to join a fast-paced team committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We're looking for individuals with a strong background in smart home systems, particularly those with Control4 experience and certification, who are passionate about technology and dedicated to superior customer service.   Responsibilities Monitor and respond to client service requests via our proprietary web-based portal Accurately document client interactions and service activities within our client management system Troubleshoot and resolve service issues related to A/V, security, and smart home systems through phone, email, and remote access Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor, regardless of client technical experience Collaborate with on-site technicians to assist with programming and troubleshooting tasks Identify potential sales opportunities and work with the Sales Team to ensure proper follow-up Manage return authorizations, warranty repairs, and extended warranty claims in coordination with internal departments Coordinate with various teams to streamline service and exceed client expectations   Minimum Requirements Control 4 home automation experience and certification Experience working with residential security systems (Qolsys, Interlogix) Alarm.com experience Proven experience installing and troubleshooting home technology systems Solid understanding of A/V system connections and configurations Hands-on networking experience, particularly in relation to A/V and smart home systems Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work with and explain complex systems to clients Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members Self-motivated and flexible to support client time frames and team needs Clean creminal record.
