Share Email Opening Title Human Resources Generalist  Description Starting salary range: $40,700 - 75,700 PTO upon hire, Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits are offered immediately upon employment, 401(k) after 6 months.   Overview: As a Human Resources Generalist for MERRILL: A Keel Company, you will be responsible for various human resources tasks assigned to both assist the Human Resources team on any overflow tasks, as well as the employees and supervisors across the organization for any needs they may have.   Job Functions: Provide support for HR Team Member tasks, including: Coordinating employment activities; Receiving and acting on employee complaints or grievances; Administering employee records; Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations; Recommending and coordinating employee training activities; Administering compensation, benefits, and performance programs; Assisting with recruiting activities as needed.   Qualifications: High School Diploma; Degree in HR-related discipline preferred. One year or less experience Fluent computer skills including Excel, Word, and HRIS Software Must possess above average people skills, be able to work well with others, and be independent and self-motivated.
