Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment to load, unload, store, or transport materials Unload, receive, and take inventory of scheduled deliveries Stage materials for production and load completed jobs onto trailers using DOT requirements Safely move materials using rigging techniques, pallets, and crates Conduct weekly inventory to ensure correct material levels and reorder as needed Inspect machinery, perform basic maintenance, and report repair needs Complete forms and handle documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment free from hazards Benefits & Pay Competitive pay 40+ hours per week with overtime potential Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for training and advancement Strong focus on employee safety and well-being Work Environment Exposure to airborne particles, dust, non-weather heat, and occasional toxic or caustic chemicals Exposed to outdoor weather conditions Moderate noise levels, with periods of loud noise at times Must be available during traditional hours (40+ per week) to complete assigned tasks according to project needs   Position Requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous forklift experience Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. with assistance) Ability to climb onto trailers or trucks to secure and move equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to handle heavy equipment Good organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and safely Preferred Qualifications Large-capacity forklift experience Rigging and lifting structural steel experience Ability to understand codes and complete forms correctly   This position is currently accepting applications.
