Negotiating, settling claims and dispute resolution. Evaluating coverage. Understand elements of Fraud. Understand Unfair Claims Practices. Possess sufficient knowledge of tort law. Identify opportunities for workflow efficiencies and expense reduction. Develop and possess a network of adjusters, experts and attorneys. Understand company systems and claim reports. Establish and maintain appropriate reserves in accordance with department policies and procedures. Participate in meetings and project activities outside of the primary location at locations. Attend quarterly reserve meetings. Requirements 1-3 years of property and casualty experience. This position is being hired with a flexible work location.
