Our Capacity Navigator proactively analyzes the patient scheduling module in the Electronic Health Record to ensure maximum capacity utilization and optimizes opportunities for patient appointments. The Capacity Navigator serves as a vital liaison between patients and services at HOPES, ensuring maximum capacity utilization. Through collaborative work with Providers and Medical Assistants and utilizing the Electronic Medical Record scheduling to find openings for patients the Capacity Navigator optimizes the overall schedule. By finding opportunities to optimize service utilization within the clinic setting, more patients can receive health care in an efficient, effective manner and the workflow is manageable for Providers and staff. Significant experience working with Providers and medical staff required. Proficiency with patient scheduling software and use of an Electronic Medical Record required. Proven ability to maintain professional conduct, including appropriate boundaries required. Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with all team members required. Able to communicate and listen effectively required. Computer literacy required.
