The Director’s position is critical to upholding and communicating HOPES’ values, which shape our daily decisions and contributes to HOPES ability to fill the role of a partner in health for our community. The DDM is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans to brand the organization in the community and to raise funds for HOPES in the most effective way. Northern Nevada HOPES is a community health and wellness center serving the Northern Nevada area. A minimum of five years in a fundraising role demonstrating success in donor cultivation and stewardship, as well as knowledge of development techniques, principles, and ethics required. A minimum of five years demonstrated experience in directing a marketing program which includes a variety of branding activities required. Two to three years of staff supervision required.
