Client Care Coordinator 

Description

Right at Home, an in home senior care provider, is looking for an entrepreneurial person to join us in building the Elk Grove area office. Right at Home was established in 1995 and is a nationwide leader in the senior care industry.

 

This position performs a variety of duties including recruiting; inside sales; in-home assessments and consultations; and the hiring, supervision and scheduling of caregivers. The Client Care Coordinator answers all incoming inquiries in a professional manner, converts inquiries to in-home appointments, and schedules caregivers to meet identified service needs.  Strong customer service skills, sales and recruiting experience, excellent phone etiquette and a desire to work in a start-up environment are required.

 

Additional responsibilities include:

* Interview, screen, hire and provide orientation for caregivers

* Coordinate daily client and caregiver schedules

* Monitor, mediate and log caregiver/client schedules

* Demonstrate effective communication skills with clients, caregivers, colleagues and other contacts

* Supervise, guide and direct caregivers

* Excellent computer skills to effectively operate a variety of windows based recruiting, scheduling, payroll and billing programs

*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

* Maintain and document accurate and timely personnel and pay records

* Ability to provide occasional after hours on call coverage and/or in-home care services

 

Right at home conducts criminal background checks, motor vehicle record checks and drug testing on all employees.

* Minimum of two years related business experience

* Homecare or assisted living experience a plus

* Must possess a valid CA driver’s license and be bondable

* Professional business appearance and communication skills, both oral and written

* Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office, ability to adapt to new software programs

* Demonstrate integrity and the ability to appropriately maintain confidential information

* Knowledge of common medical terminology

* Ability to work independently and meet established deadlines
