Educates members of the health care delivery system both within and outside of the agency's service area regarding agency services, disease management, Telehealth, and specialty services provided by the agency.   2. Educates communities within and outside of the agency's service area about the agency's mission, vision, and values and its role in the health care delivery system. 3.Contributes to the development and implementation of the agency's sales and marketing effort and the increase of its market share. Follows sales and marketing plan in pursuit of established goals. 4.Participates in necessary administrative functions. 5. Develops and maintains the knowledge base necessary to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position. 6. Effectively represents the agency in a professional manner. 7. Communicates significant events and other data necessary for timely and accurate decision-making to the appropriate individuals.   Position Requirements EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES Degree in business-related field required. A degree in marketing or communications preferred. REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE/PREFERENCES Two years of sales and marketing experience REQUIRED. Previous health care, specifically home health care experience PREFERRED. WORK SCHEDULE Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (includes two 10-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch) and Sunday through Saturday in addition to the above, hours necessary to ensure the responsibilities of this position are fully and adequately accomplished.
