Hourly Responsibilities - Responsible for all leaves - investigation and follow-up, S&A, W/C and FMLA Hiring responsibilities – Maintain current applications, resumes, perform interviews, schedule drug screens, submit background checks and schedule work physicals in order to maintain a pool of qualified people required by the plant for hiring provisional employees.
