Share Email Opening Title IT Tech Support  Description -Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD) supporting the shop floor applications - Software testing and quality assurance - Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications - Hardware support for printers and barcode scanners. (Zebra and HP printers. Symbol Scanners. - Maintain and monitor the database server - Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults - Switch configuration and programming. - Supporting the roll-out of new applications - Server support (MS Windows Server 2003) - Replacing parts as required - Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals (e.g., software developers);   Position Requirements REQUIRED: - 3+ years of experience in supporting the manufacturing application - 3+ year of experience in Just in time sequence operations - 3+ years of experience in SQL Server databases - Proficient in trouble shooting the PLC, should have worked with Rockwell software - Need to know basic business functions, have a firm understanding of design methodology, and excellent communication skills -Experience working and troubleshooting in high pressure environment. -Knowledge in client server architecture PREFERRED: - Working knowledge in ERP - Working knowledge of XML file formats and other programming language EDUCATION: - B.S.
