Share Email Opening Title Part Time Legal Counsel  Description Assist in the management and administration of legal affairs for the corporation, including corporate and commercial matters, customer contracts, supplier contracts, labor and employment, policy review, ERISA and legal research. Assist in the identification of legal risk and strategies to pro-actively advise the corporation. Assist in the handling of commercial transactions (including, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, restructurings and international matters).
