Share Email Opening Title Alliances & Acquisitions Financial Analyst  Description  Conduct income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow evaluation and auditing for global alliance and acquisition opportunities  Develop financial statement business plans and supporting business cases for alliance and acquisition activities  Evaluate and incorporate financial impacts to business plan, including employee agreements, investment requirements, operational changes, business growth and customer contracts, supplier contracts, etc  Perform valuation modeling for alliance and acquisition opportunities  Work with cross-functional teams to review and discuss financial impacts to the business plan  Resonsibilities may expand to include opportunity research with investment banks and M&A companies, financial analysis for company strategies, etc  Approximately 25%-50% global travel required   Position Requirements Qualifications:  Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills  Ability to write detailed management reports of quantitative and qualitative information  Strong analytical skills  Detailed understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and US GAAP Education and Experience:  Bachelors degree or higher required  CPA preferred  M&A experience required  Manufacturing company experience preferred   Education Requirement   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift -not applicable-   Location Inteva Products, LLC - World Headquarters and Troy Technical Center   Req Number FIN-10-00001   About the Organization Inteva Products is a leading global automotive supplier providing innovative, reliable, environmentally friendly products that enhance vehicle quality, safety and performance.
