Alliances & Acquisitions Financial Analyst 

Description ï‚§ Conduct income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow evaluation and auditing for global alliance and acquisition opportunities
ï‚§ Develop financial statement business plans and supporting business cases for alliance and acquisition activities
ï‚§ Evaluate and incorporate financial impacts to business plan, including employee agreements, investment requirements, operational changes, business growth and customer contracts, supplier contracts, etc
ï‚§ Perform valuation modeling for alliance and acquisition opportunities
ï‚§ Work with cross-functional teams to review and discuss financial impacts to the business plan
ï‚§ Resonsibilities may expand to include opportunity research with investment banks and M&A companies, financial analysis for company strategies, etc
ï‚§ Approximately 25%-50% global travel required  
Position Requirements Qualifications:
ï‚§ Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
ï‚§ Ability to write detailed management reports of quantitative and qualitative information
ï‚§ Strong analytical skills
ï‚§ Detailed understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and US GAAP

Education and Experience:
ï‚§ Bachelors degree or higher required
ï‚§ CPA preferred
ï‚§ M&A experience required
ï‚§ Manufacturing company experience preferred
