KOMPAN Sales Coordinators work with our sales professionals from the early planning stage of projects to produce estimates and quotes for the client. The role supports sales professionals in regions across the country, but are a part of the sales support team in Austin. The key responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator include: • Establish lasting relationships and collaboration with dedicated outside sales representatives • Create quotes in collaboration with designers and estimators • Collect pricing information for various elements of a playground from our installers, contractors, and third-party suppliers • Coordinate the quotation and design submission to the sales professionals and customers • Write up the final quotes using the ERP system, ensuring accurate cost, prices and margins for all elements of the playground • Maintain accurate data in the CRM system • Ensure timely, accurate and complete data in the project folders to be passed on to designers and the installation teams • Processing equipment orders to our suppliers • Support all functions of customer service team when requested   Position Requirements Skills, Experience and Abilities At least 3 years of related work experience HS Diploma or equivalent Excellent project management skills, e.g. good multitasking capacity and ability to prioritize projects and workload Experienced in pricing and calculating margins Forward thinking, anticipating, and a problem solver Organized, structured, methodical, and accountable Strong customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated individual who works well as part of a team A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, e.g. a good listener Construction experience is an advantage (but not mandatory) Proficient in Microsoft Suite How we reward our employees: KOMPAN offers industry competitive salaries with excellent health, vision, and dental plans. 401(k) matching.
