ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:

Responsible for all payroll processing cycles for 800+ employees across multiple states.

Calculate production-based payroll and provide analysis reports to medical staff.

Create budgetary information related to staff and professional wages.

Maintain accurate payroll related taxes and tax filings.
-
Troubleshoot payroll tax concerns along with third party payroll vendor.
-
Process ACH payments for assigned liabilities as needed.
-
Create spreadsheet analysis and graphs as needed.
-
Assist with multiple accounting audits throughout the year.
-
Analysis of financial statements regarding wages and taxes.
-
Other projects as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Staff members are required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:

The Senior Payroll Accountant will be required to maintain an understanding of accounting principles, spreadsheets, and keep up to date on payroll law changes.
