OVERVIEW:

Lens Source Optical Laboratory is seeking energetic individuals to join our day shift production team in our clean, air-conditioned, state-of-the-art facility! As a Lens Production Technician, you will experience independence in the workplace supported by an experienced crew who work seamlessly together to get things done. Duties include routine production tasks associated with lens fabrication and quality control. No previous experience is necessary, we have an excellent training program to equip you with the knowledge and skills to succeed. If you pride yourself on a positive attitude and crave a work environment that is production-minded, we invite you to join our team!

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Pulling frames and lenses
  • Restocking frames and lenses into inventory
  • Fabrication of lenses or production of lenses.
  • Wash up and inspection of finished product.
  • Packing finished goods for shipment.
 

Position Requirements

Requirements

  • Ability to work 1st shift.
  • Ability to be efficient and accurate with all work including order entry.
  • Must have a friendly personality with a dedication to extraordinary teamwork.
  • Ability to assist in solving challenges or the ability to seek out the expert teammate to find the best practice.
  • Must possess computer knowledge.
  • We are seeking an energetic and hardworking individual with a passion for learning, and the flexibility to adapt to their job functions daily.
  • Ability to run production efficiently and continually.

Previous Optical Lab experience a plus.
