ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:
- Responsible for all payroll processing cycles for 800+ employees across two states.
- Create budgetary information related to staff and professional wages.
- Troubleshoot payroll tax concerns along with third party payroll vendor.
- Process ACH payments for assigned liabilities as needed.
- Create spreadsheet analysis and graphs as needed.
- Assist with multiple accounting audits throughout the year.
- Analysis of financial statements regarding wages and taxes.
- Other projects as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or
- Associate Degree in Accounting and 2-3 years of payroll experience
