REPORTS TO: Chief Marketing Officer
SUPERVISES: Marketing staff (Graphic Artist, Digital Marketing Specialist)
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:
- Oversee the marketing department and functions
- Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars, programs, new product, technology and other marketing projects
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns from start to finish
- Build brand awareness and positioning
- Establish and grow market share
- Competitor research
- Monitor digital reputation while working to increase positive reviews
- Guide staff in the development of innovative public relations and community events
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Supervise the marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines
- Understand and develop budgets and finance, including expenditures, return on investment and profit loss projections
- Monitor campaign costs
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain optimal relationships
- Assumes other duties as assigned by the CMO
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience is a vital requirement with a minimum of 5 years developing and evaluating marketing efforts, building awareness and positioning for a company’s brand
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
- Experience in digital marketing, marketing research and analytics
- Proven experience in running a marketing team
- Experience in design and campaign layout using Adobe Creative Suite
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Office 365 and Teams
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of finance and expense management

- The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
- Occasional travel is required for this position, and requires a valid driver’s license.
