     preferably in a LoadRunner environment )

This individual will be a member of an integrated team consisting of developers and subject-matter experts focused on supporting a specific suite of web-based Air Force Military personnel applications(MILPDS). Will lead testing efforts for this project including writing appropriate scripts and execution of various tests. Load testing phase will encompass creating plans for load test data management, the load testing environment and performance testing strategy. Ultimately, this individual will participate in various phases of testing and perform testing according to approved test plans. Will write test summaries and test problem reports. May be required to build test data sets. The successful candidate will participate in technical exchange meetings and requirements analysis.

The successful candidate for this position will have the ability to conduct analysis and plan, develop and implement a Java-based Enterprise Application and infrastructure sustainment process. Implementation of the plan will provide a viable efficient sustainment environment for all J2EE activities. Duties will include all aspects of sustainment in the software lifecycle process for the Enterprise J2EE environment that supports the virtual Personnel Service Center (vPSC) infrastructure and applications.

Qualifications:

Experience utilizing Oracle HR or Oracle FED HR also a big plus
A Degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent from an accredited institution is required.

7 years technical experience in Software Analysis and Programming in a large scale Java web-based environment
3 years experience with J2EE
Experience with Websphere environment is desired.
