   <title><![CDATA[Flight Operations Administrative Assistant (Dallas, TX)]]></title>
   <description>&lt;p&gt;Responsible for providing general and specialized administrative support which includes but is not limited to:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; RVSM projects, FAA manuals and communication&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Flight Operations training program assistance &amp;amp; tracking&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Trade specific publication monitoring, implementation and communication&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Filing and monitor of pilot records and setting up any new pilot records as needed&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; 298 exemptions for DOT up-to-date and accurate/computer&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Assist with anti-drug &amp;amp; alcohol program and records and reports&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Arranging meetings with FAA and others&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Creating presentations and assisting in misc. projects&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Open, sort and distribute all pilot training mail and correspondence &lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Phone coverage as necessary for the GM, DO, &amp;amp; Chief Pilot&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Set-up conference calls send faxes; prepare overnight packages, as necessary.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Perform copying, filing and other clerical activities&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Perform other duties as assigned&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Skills&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Excellent PC skills &amp;ndash; Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Experience with CTA &amp;ndash; FOSNT scheduling software a must&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Extremely organized, punctual, professional, and detailed&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Demonstrate strong attention to detail&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Exemplary customer service orientation&lt;br /&gt;&amp;bull; Analytical, ask and verify&lt;/p&gt;</description>
