Maintenance Supervisor - Manufacturing (Memphis - TN)

AB Mauri Fleischmann’s is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to be located in our Memphis, Tennessee plant.

Objective:

The Maintenance Supervisor will plan, organize, direct and supervise factory maintenance activities within a team based culture and ensure the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems to assure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.

Responsibilities:

Planning and Scheduling

Manage work order and preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Assess job material and manpower requirements for the safe and successful execution of work, delegate maintenance and repair work to the maintenance employees as a function of employee qualifications and site priorities, and assist in spare parts inventory control, materials procurement and invoicing.

Asset Utilization and Troubleshooting

Engage operations and maintenance teams in determining root causes of chronic problems in order to maximize overall equipment efficiencies. Review the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement. Evaluate potential solutions and drive these solutions through the proposal, approval, installation and post-review processes. Prepare and execute capital projects as needed. Develop best practice maintenance procedures. Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment. Initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs. Track, analyze and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance and schedule compliance.

Standards & Regulations

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/22000 and HACCP management programs. Continue to develop best practice maintenance procedures.

Customer Service Specialist (Saint Louis - MO)

Objective:

AB Mauri Fleischmann’s is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be located in our corporate headquarters office in Chesterfield, Missouri.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Respond to all customer requests, process customer orders, review orders to ensure shipping schedules and order data are accurate, and generate customer correspondence as needed. Interface with customers, brokers, plants, sales managers and warehouses to resolve issues regarding order tracking, shipment confirmations, arrivals and credits. Analyze delivery routes for inefficiencies, implement route restructuring as needed and work closely with Sales and Logistics to reduce the company’s logistics spend. Review daily load reports and weekly inventory reports to maintain system accuracy and monitor inventory levels.

Sales Support

Maintain high level of product knowledge and product applications. Advise Sales of changes in customer ordering patterns and assist with reports as needed. Process sample orders and provide customer routing and scheduling information.

Reporting

Review sales trends and report changes, and run and monitor daily shipping reports for accuracy. Review current forecast and implement changes as needed.

Market Intelligence

Maintain daily communication with customers to establish their wants and needs. Keep management informed of market trends.

AB Mauri Fleischmann’s is currently seeking a District Sales Manager (DSM) for the Central U.S. to be located preferably in the Dallas, Texas area.

Objective:

The DSM will be responsible for continuing to grow volume profitability within the territory by providing the highest customer perceived quality and services in the sales of yeast and AB Mauri baking ingredients. The role will be accountable for meeting performance standards in sales, expense and asset control, customer satisfaction, market intelligence, professional skills enhancement and new product sales.

Responsibilities:

Vertical Growth

Deepen existing customer relationships to fill existing availability voids and introduce new products.

Horizontal Growth

Expand customer base through new business prospecting.

Financial Management

Forecast sales on a regular basis and develop and achieve Earnings Before Income Tax (EBIT) budgets. Ensure pricing requests and terms and conditions procedures are in line prior to customer confirmation. Develop and achieve sales expense budgets, monitor and recommend distribution efficiencies, and meet annual established customer Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets. Liaise with A/R department to reduce/minimize past due accounts.

Reporting

Maintenance Mechanic (Greenville - TX)

The Maintenance Mechanic position performs maintenance and troubleshooting duties, repairs failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensures maximum equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability.

Duties include:

- Completing corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance for all equipment (electronic and mechanical), including pumps, motors, bearings, conveyors, packaging and palletizing machinery, mixers, dust collectors, tanks, etc.

Plant Buyer/Group Purchasing Lead (Lasalle - Quebec)

AB Mauri Fleischmann's is seeking a Global Purchasing Lead for our LaSalle manufacturing site in Canada. The position will lead the procurement initiatives for the LaSalle manufacturing site to support the overall North American procurement goals and objectives for AB Mauri.

Position Responsibilities include:
Procurement
• Ensure the supply of raw materials and packaging to support all production. Take ownership of the process. Analyze production forecasts and develop supply plan. Manage forecast changes effectively with suppliers and production. Proactively engage all stakeholders for comprehensive data. Effectively document decision rationale.
• Source chemicals and direct materials within assigned categories of spend authority, including developing sourcing strategy, and competitive bid or negotiation strategies as appropriate for approval by Corporate prior to execution. Prepare contracts and work with Corporate and legal resources as needed to finalize contracts with suppliers.
• Source indirect parts, supplies, and services (MRO) in support of the plant operations. Ensure that the competitive bid process is followed when sourcing materials and services within assigned spend limit. Retain all proposals for easy review. Utilize all ISO procedures and documents. Analyze proposals and make recommendations to plant management and corporate purchasing based on supplier capabilities, price, financial stability and other supply benefits. Document decision logic for same.
• Develop annual Strategic Sourcing Plan for chemicals and direct materials within assigned categories of spend and for indirect goods and services with $10K annual spend or more.
• Issue Purchase Orders and Releases on standardized FY template.
• Proactively and aggressively expedite all raw materials and packaging for production.
• Effectively, proactively communicates to all stakeholders any purchasing or supply issues. Develop and execute contingency supply plans.
• Maintain and communicate supplier report cards per ISO procedure. Establish root cause and corrective actions on supply/quality issues with suppliers. Document and communicate effectively to FY team.
