Transportation Coordinator (Wyndham Apartments)

Assumes primary responsibility for transportation needs at Wyndham Apartments.
Transport residents to/from assigned destinations using HCK property vehicle.
Plans and schedules resident visits to medical appointments, as well as planned resident group outings, with Life Enrichment Coordinator, for shopping, recreation and dining.
Develops daily route sheets to establish transportation routes and timing.
Documents all trips prior to the start and conclusion of trip.
Ensures safe and proper vehicle condition and operation, including coordinates service and maintenance of vehicles; regular checking of tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle, and refuel as necessary. Regularly inspects property vehicles for damage and cleanliness.
Notifies appropriate personnel of any vehicle maintenance needs.
Works collaboratively with all members of the Life Enrichment Department. This may include planning, coordinating and providing transportation services and related activities.
Attends Life Enrichment meetings as part of the positions' collaborative role with the Life Enrichment team.

We are currently accepting applications for the following internships: Human Resources Intern - The HR intern will assist human resources staff in several key projects and other general human resources tasks including answering the phone, filing, etc. Prefer a senior in organizational communications or business/human resources discipline with strong customer service, communication and computer skills.
