   <title><![CDATA[Art Director (MO, Chesterfield)]]></title>
   <description>&lt;p&gt;This full-time position reports directly to the Programming Director and works closely with the Creative Director.&amp;nbsp; The primary purpose of this position is to create and oversee all original art for branding and design of The Crossing, including developing, leading and directing related staff and volunteer design teams, in a way that consistently upholds the values and beliefs&amp;nbsp;of The Crossing.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Oversee the artistic design of print materials and visual branding in accordance with The Crossing brand&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work with Creative Director and related staff to determine branding needs&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Create and oversee original art for all branding needs, including print, graphic and stage design, for weekend experiences as well as large classes and other events, as directed by senior staff&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Develop and maintain relationships with print reps, printers and suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of final product&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Manage graphic arts budget, including the review and approval of printer and supplier invoices in a timely manner&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Oversee purchase and storage of art related special supplies&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Create and guide artistic design for all venues for weekend experiences and large classes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Actively work with programming team and related staff to design venues, including submission of stage design concepts&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="TEXT-ALIGN: left"&gt;Communicate and coordinate details with Technical Arts Director and design team leads regarding the execution of designs&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="TEXT-ALIGN: left"&gt;Recruit, lead and develop volunteer design teams to ensure quality and integrity of design execution&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lead, supervise and develop graphic design staff&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cast vision and cascade information from management team&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="TEXT-ALIGN: left"&gt;Prioritize,&amp;nbsp;assign and manage projects to ensure timely production&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="TEXT-ALIGN: left"&gt;Manage team and individual development needs, including training opportunities for both spiritual and artistic growth&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div style="TEXT-ALIGN: left"&gt;Actively participate in recruiting and selection of graphic design staff&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;</description>

   <title><![CDATA[Audio Director (MO, Chesterfield)]]></title>
   <description>&lt;p&gt;This full-time position will work in tandem with the Director of Technical Arts to oversee and implement the audio requirements of the weekend experience, classes and events by leading and developing volunteer audio staff and overseeing and manging the audio systems church-wide.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Recruit, lead and provide ongoing training and development of volunteer audio staff.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Schedule volunteer audio staff for required worship services, classes and events.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oversee all Chesterfield campus audio systems. This would include performing and logging regularly scheduled maintenance on all equipment, periodically reviewing and recommending equipment upgrades and/or additions and properly tracking and storing all equipment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Serve as needed.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintain the integrity and effectiveness of all audio related equipment and/or cabling throughout all areas of the stages, including monitor mixing equipment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop, maintain and deliver a comprehensive training program for volunteer staff, providing them with knowledge and experience necessary to operate audio equipment in all venues throughout the Chesterfield and multi-site campuses.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Recruit and train volunteer team of A2s and Stage Managers.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oversee audio systems and volunteer audio staff at multi-site locations; ensuring regularly scheduled equipment maintenance and ongoing volunteer training.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop Stage Layouts and Input Lists for the Auditorium and Loft weekend services and lead setup teams on Chesterfield campus to execute staging and audio setup.&amp;nbsp; Develop volunteers for these tasks.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oversee maintenance of recording studio equipment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Other staff duties as required by leadership.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;</description>

   <title><![CDATA[Elementary Programming Coordinator (MO, Chesterfield)]]></title>
   <description>&lt;p&gt;This full time position is responsible for overseeing, developing and implementing effective ministry to children, kindergarten through 5th grade, and acting as a programming consultant for multi-site locations.&amp;nbsp; While the main responsibilities will be for the upper elementary age-divisions (2nd-5th), coordination of all of elementary programming will be imperative.&amp;nbsp; The Programming Coordinator will also be responsible for adapting/developing the small group material used within each age-division class.&amp;nbsp; The Programming Coordinator must be highly relational, creative and have experience managing people as they lead volunteer teams to develop children spiritually and relationally through the weekend/special services and events.&amp;nbsp; The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for Jesus Christ, the vision of The Crossing and for reaching and developing children to become fully devoted followers of Christ.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

This full-time high level position is responsible for overseeing, developing and implementing effective ministry to children, birth through 5th grade and act as a consultant for our multi-site campuses. The Director of Children&apos;s Ministries will be a leader of leaders, highly relational and have a team mentality as they lead staff and volunteer teams to develop children spiritually and relationally through the weekend/special services and events. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for Jesus Christ, the vision of The Crossing, and a vibrant passion for reaching and developing children to become fully devoted followers of Christ. 

Ok, enough of the cut and dry stuff. What is this all about, really? You know the culture of a kid and love leading big people. It’s very left-brainy, right-brainy type of work, and you manage it well with nary a breakdown. Special skills? Dunno. Puppetry? Robot dancing? Yodeling? Sure, why not.  

A bachelor&apos;s degree as well as a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in ministry or children&apos;s education is required.

A history or knowledge of pastoral care would be beneficial as you will be assisting the pastors to maintain a healthy community by providing spiritual and emotional support to attendees and the surrounding community. We are looking for someone who is called to ministry and is at a place in their life where this is a career choice not just a job. It will be in your DNA to put others first while maintaining healthy boundaries. Discernment will rank high in your spiritual gift mix. If you attend The Crossing you will have taken Body Life and attended a Newcomer’s dinner. You must have a full understanding of the vision of The Crossing and the ability to communicate that clearly to others. You need to be extremely flexible as weekends and some evenings will be required and at times with short notice. You should possess strong administrative, time management and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. General daily administrative duties include serving as the first line of contact for pastors to screen calls, schedule appointments and maintain files, making travel arrangements and coordinating meetings including scheduling and set-up.</description>
