 Conduct income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow evaluation and auditing for global alliance and acquisition opportunities
 Develop financial statement business plans and supporting business cases for alliance and acquisition activities
 Evaluate and incorporate financial impacts to business plan, including employee agreements, investment requirements, operational changes, business growth and customer contracts, supplier contracts, etc
 Perform valuation modeling for alliance and acquisition opportunities
 Work with cross-functional teams to review and discuss financial impacts to the business plan
 Resonsibilities may expand to include opportunity research with investment banks and M&A companies, financial analysis for company strategies, etc
